📋 Description

• Join Canva's internal coaching team focusing on mindset and behaviour change.
• Role based in Canva People function within People Experience Group.
• Coaching-led, future-focused, action-oriented; not traditional L&D or therapy.
• 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and leadership program facilitation.
• Hybrid work setup with Canva offices in Sydney and Manila; location flexible per role needs.
• Interviews conducted virtually; strong emphasis on transformational coaching capability.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated professional 1:1 coaching experience.
• Formal, recognised coach accreditation (e.g., Meta-Coaching, Co-Active, Master Coaching, etc.).
• Experience coaching individuals across different levels, not limited to senior leaders.
• Deep transformational coaching capability; ability to explore root causes.
• Strong understanding of transformational coaching methodologies.
• Available to work full-time, Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time.
