• Oversee the Internal Audit Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP).
• Coordinate annual Internal Audit Plan development and reporting.
• Ensure audit activities align with the Internal Audit Charter and standards.
• Report to Senior Management and Audit Committee with KPI updates.
• Support audit governance and regulatory documentation efforts.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
