Threat and Analytics Lead

📋 Description

• Analyse large, complex datasets to surface patterns, trends and risk concentrations across fraud
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and Data Science to inform strategy and
• Own problem-solving from root cause to implementation, influencing decisions with evidence rather
• Develop analytical frameworks to understand fraud, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and
• Support governance and operational delivery of fraud and financial crime strategy across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical capability with experience in SQL and Python.
• Experience applying statistical techniques to large datasets to identify patterns and assess risk.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and influencing without direct ownership.
• Ownership mindset: bring structure to ambiguity and drive work to completion.
• Ability to work toward high-level organisational KPIs and develop/validate hypotheses to create
