Supply Chain Director

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end supply chain for Moonshot’s electrical equipment and data center infra.
• Own purchasing, sourcing, planning, logistics, and warehousing functions.
• Improve delivery reliability, working capital, and margin against targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Finance, and Quality to resolve constraints.
• Scale people, processes, and supplier partnerships for growth.
• Direct production readiness and material strategy for on-time execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in supply chain with 5+ years leading manufacturing or infra teams.
• End-to-end ownership of purchasing, sourcing, planning, logistics, warehousing.
• Strong ERP/MRP depth and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with vendor managed inventory or consignment programs.
• Proven ability to recruit and mentor teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
