Principal Product Manager, Capital Platform

📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for a major Capital Platform problem space with material
• Lead multi-quarter, cross-team initiatives in ambiguity, building enterprise-grade platforms
• Design scalable, configurable platform capabilities for diverse capital partners
• Partner with engineering to define architecture, sequencing, and long-term evolution
• Influence adjacent teams to meet partner needs across products
• Use data, customer insight, and domain knowledge to guide high-conviction decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience on complex, multi-quarter initiatives
• Experience leading Principal/Staff-level contributions
• Proven track record designing and shipping platforms or shared systems
• Experience with complex B2B or B2B2C workflows (onboarding, configuration, payments, compliance
• Ability to operate in regulated, high-reliability environments
• Strong technical fluency and collaboration with engineering on architecture tradeoffs
