Lead Data Integration Architect

📋 Description

• Lead the architectural assessment of the current DRIVE/Vital IQ and replica environment
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with IDOH teams, system owners, external partners, and data
• Document current-state architecture, data flows, interfaces, and dependencies
• Inventory upstream/downstream systems, APIs, extracts, batch jobs, data exchanges
• Analyze data creation, modification, transmission, access, sharing, and consumption

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in data integration architecture, data/enterprise/solution architecture
• Experience with API design, ETL/ELT, batch, real-time, event-driven integrations
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms, analytics environments, and data governance
• Ability to document architectures, diagrams, data flows, and dependencies
• Strong communication with technical teams and executives; ability to present findings
• Experience with IDOH/DIVE/Vital IQ or similar government data environments is a plus
