Sr. Business Analyst - Sensitive Data Management

📋 Description

• Partner with Finance, HR, and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business
• Facilitate workshops to understand current-state processes, reporting needs, data warehouse usage
• Translate business requirements into implementation-ready specifications, including
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, data dictionaries, data models
• Collaborate with data engineers and subject matter experts to define business rules, resolve
• Lead validation activities for migrated data products, including tables, dimensions, facts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct business analysis experience supporting data, analytics, BI, or data warehouse
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, data
• Intermediate to advanced querying and analysis skills using T-SQL, SQL Server tools, Excel
• Working knowledge of dimensional modeling concepts, semantic models, reporting layers, measures
• Experience supporting data validation, reconciliation, defect triage, UAT, stakeholder sign-off
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt messaging for
