Transformation Engineer - Oracle

📋 Description

• Architect the Process Intelligence layer for Oracle ecosystems
• Drive Oracle Cloud ERP migrations and AI adoption
• Define technical solutions and sales plays for Oracle customers
• Collaborate with Oracle teams to accelerate cloud adoption
• Lead strategic technical narratives in Oracle cycles
• Productize joint use cases with Oracle AI Agents on OCI

🎯 Requirements

• Exposure to Oracle tech stack: EBS, Fusion, Peoplesoft, JDE
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS and OCI stack
• Understanding of AI Agents, Generative AI, integration patterns
• Ability to translate trends into high-value outcomes
• Background in technical pre-sales or solution engineering (a plus)
• Experience with large-scale ERP/Business Transformations (a plus)
