Engineering Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of engineering work packages on defence programmes
• Ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets are met
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure delivery success
• Support bid, change, and growth activities including planning and engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering project or work package management within complex tech environments
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource mgmt
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of risk/opportunity management, governance, and reporting
• Ability to coordinate across full lifecycle and hit milestones
• Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Naval, Security, or regulated sectors
