📋 Description

• Oversee systems, pharmacy network, and fulfillment ops
• Lead end-to-end order flow from intake to patient delivery
• Partner with Product & Engineering on scalable tools
• Drive service levels, efficiency, and compliance
• Develop multidisciplinary teams and build processes
• Champion automation and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in operations, fulfillment, systems, or pharmacy ops
• 4+ years leading managers/leads
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven cross-functional leadership and vendor mgmt
• Experience scaling high-volume operations
• Strong collaboration with Product/Engineering
