Job Description
📋 Description
- Oversee high-priority projects from design handoff through implementation
- Coordinate across end users, distributors, and vendors for alignment
- Manage resources and integration across functional teams
- Lead project scope, schedule, and stakeholder expectations
- Monitor dependencies and risks; escalate issues as needed
- Support and develop project teams to ensure process adherence
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in IT services/ MSP environments
- 6+ years as Project Manager or Program Manager in IT
- Experience with construction projects and aligning IT plans to build schedules
- LAN/WAN, VoIP, MDM, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Mac/PC support, cloud solutions
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar systems
- PM-related certification or degree preferred
