• Profile physicochemical properties and develop preclinical formulations to accelerate

• Contribute to automation-enabled workflow design and data interpretation to inform strategy.
• Support platform workflows for emerging modalities and ensure alignment with program targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with typically 5 years of experience, or Master’s with typically 2
• Hands-on experience with HPLC–MS, assay development, automation, and data-enabled workflows.
• Experience in physiochemical property profiling and preclinical formulation strategies.
• Strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to manage multiple
• Familiarity with data capture, instrument integration, and scalable laboratory processes.
