- Own Flip's event presence end to end across retail, healthcare, and transportation sectors.
- Plan and execute major trade shows, conferences, client experiences, brand activations, and
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to turn concepts into flawless on-site experiences.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure events are on time and on budget.
- Drive pipeline through events and post-event follow-up with sales.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years managing B2B trade shows and industry conferences
- End-to-end ownership of logistics, sponsorships, and on-site execution
- Strong planning, budgeting, and ROI tracking experience
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Proven leadership on the ground and ability to collaborate across teams
- Relentless attention to detail and calm under pressure
