Senior Software Engineer - Python

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI coding interactions end-to-end
• Judge usefulness, reasoning quality, and engineering judgment of outputs
• Assess explanations and reasoning quality, not just code
• Distinguish levels of response quality (e.g., 2 vs 4)
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback on what worked/failed/off
• Help define what great looks like with AI tools (e.g., Cursor)

🎯 Requirements

• Staff/Principal-level engineer or equivalent
• Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
• Deep familiarity with AI-assisted dev workflows
• Ability to evaluate code without fully executing every line
• Comfortable giving direct, opinionated feedback
