📋 Description

• Embed security into Gainsight's cloud-native SaaS platform
• Define Product Security strategy and Secure by Design principles
• Perform threat modeling and security architecture reviews across SDLC
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure teams
• Lead and mentor a global Product Security team
• Travel up to 10-25% for team meetings, training, or events

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Software/Security/Product Security with 8+ years in leadership
• Proven track record building/scaling Product Security in SaaS/cloud-native
• Deep expertise: Secure SDLC, threat modeling, app/API security, modern auth
• Partner with leadership to influence architecture and security strategy
• Cloud-native architectures, microservices, Kubernetes, containers, multi-tenant SaaS
• Vulnerability mgmt and remediation programs
