📋 Description

• Join Monzo's Finance team to maintain ledger integrity and support scalable financial control
• Work across accounting, product teams and external auditors to ensure accurate month-end close and
• Lead software capitalization processes with automation-minded approaches and close collaboration
• Support new product launches from accounting and policy perspectives.
• Develop insightful management commentary and optimise reporting through technology and data.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 2+ years post-qualification experience, ideally in financial
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS) for capitalisation and impairment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to translate complex accounting into clear guidance.
• Interest in data and SQL skills to run reports and improve processes.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and work with diverse teams.
• Comfort with banking regulatory landscape and financial controls.
