📋 Description

• Own travel and logistical operations for the team, coordinating flights, hotels, and transfers
• Design international itineraries and team-building experiences
• Manage complex, multi-city trips and real-time issue resolution abroad
• Maintain trip records and per diem data
• Improve internal travel guidelines with the team
• Support visa processes when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with booking systems, airline websites, and travel search tools
• Ability to design impressive itineraries and understand travel policies
• Attention to detail and structured, solution-focused approach
• Ability to communicate in English at intermediate level or above
• Experience handling domestic and international travel logistics
