📋 Description

• Shapes and executes strategic fundraising initiatives, owning asset development, donor relations
• Leads community fundraising efforts as liaison for event organizers from planning to stewardship.
• Develops engagement materials like newsletters and thank-you letters to strengthen donor
• Supports donor stewardship activities including thank you calls and volunteer days.
• Supports grant application process from research to submission to maintain funding opportunities.
• Shapes the social media brand and voice to build a strong digital presence for the Toronto Star

🎯 Requirements

• A certificate in Fundraising Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience in fundraising and CRA requirements.
• Expertise in RE NXT’s functionality: data integrity, donor segmentation, email marketing, and
• Experience managing large groups of volunteers is an asset.
• Interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical/organizational, time management, and
• Teamwork, customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and web savviness.
