Facility Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Preventive maintenance on pumps, HVAC, boilers, valves
• Diagnose mechanical failures with diagnostic devices
• Repair building systems to support manufacturing
• Maintain lighting, HVAC, life safety, security fencing
• Install basic piping and electrical control circuits
• Keep CMMS maintenance logs and work orders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge; hydraulics, pneumatics
• Experience with hand/power tools
• 3+ years in industrial/commercial maintenance
• HS diploma or GED; technical training preferred
• HVAC certification preferred; NFPA 70E/EPA 608 a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
