Senior Director, Analytics and Data Science, Core Product & Growth

📋 Description

• Lead MAU Analytics and Data Science for Life360.
• Oversee analytics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Build measurement, standards, and AI-enabled capabilities for the team.
• Partner with product, marketing, and engineering to shape roadmaps.
• Coach teams to operate at elevated skill levels and provide strategic guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics, data science, or decision science, with 5+ years in people management in a
• Deep expertise in inferential and causal analytics; able to lead ML practitioners.
• Expert knowledge of engagement, retention, churn, and cohort metrics.
• Experience forecasting a company-level metric.
• SQL, plus Python or R.
• Experience with Databricks, third-party experimentation tools (e.g., Statsig), Tableau or similar
