📋 Description

• On-site security officer for a high-rise/commercial property.
• Provide concierge-style guest services, directions, and information to occupants and visitors.
• Enforce access control policies and manage visitor sign-in/out and temporary badges.
• Monitor CCTV and life safety systems; respond to alarms and incidents per procedures.
• Document incidents and communicate with building management and first responders as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate security, hospitality, or customer service.
• Proficiency with computers, security software, and Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Ability to handle sensitive tenant interactions with professional maturity.
• Experience in High-Rise Commercial Office environments is a plus.
