Software Engineer I

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and enhance software solutions on the Information Systems team.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
• Follow Agile processes, coding standards, and security practices throughout the SDLC.
• Implement new features and troubleshoot routine issues to support business value.
• Participate in sprint reviews and planning with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, CS, IS, or related field preferred; equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience or internships in software development.
• Foundational proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Mendix.
• Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and iterative development methodologies.

• Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 with target $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
