📋 Description

• Payroll migration Discovery phase lead for Foundation transition
• Assess business requirements, tooling, scope, and costs
• Define plans, risks, and resource needs with the team
• Maintain workstream plans and weekly status reports
• Collaborate with Data Lead on migration tools (Epi-Use, Spinifex)
• Support SOW creation for next phase

🎯 Requirements

• Expert SAP HCM Payroll config in S/4 and/or ECC
• Functional consulting or architecture in SAP HCM Payroll
• Experience analyzing payroll requirements and impacts
• Experience with payroll migration programs and discovery
• Knowledge of migration tooling (Epi-Use, Spinifex)
• Strong scope, planning, cost estimation, and risk management
