Senior Solution Engineer (SLED & Water Treatment)

📋 Description

• Partner with account executives and channel partners to develop new/expansion business across
• Understand customer requirements across IT, OT, ICS, and compliance stakeholders.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey from discovery to adoption.
• Deliver demonstrations of cybersecurity solutions for OT, ICS, critical infrastructure, and
• Prepare technical responses to RFPs and public-sector procurement processes.
• Support procurement activities involving state/local contracts and government mechanisms.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting sales or solution engineering for state/local/education accounts and water
• Proven track record in developing new business and expanding public-sector relationships.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with exec leadership to plant operators and IT/OT admins.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and technical storytelling skills.
• Working knowledge of OT, ICS, and SCADA environments and related operational considerations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations affecting water utilities and procurement processes
