Senior Zscaler Engineer (ZIA/ZPA)

📋 Description

• Design, deploy, configure, and optimize ZIA policies (URL filtering, SSL inspection, DLP, cloud app
• Build and manage ZPA segments, access policies, App Connector architecture, Private Service Edge
• Deploy and maintain App Connectors/Private Service Edges with HA and proper placement
• Integrate Zscaler with identity platforms (Okta) using SAML/SCIM; enforce device posture
• Collaborate with IT Security, Network, Identity, and Endpoint teams on access-control models
• Partner with endpoint teams (Jamf, Intune) to package/deploy Zscaler Client Connector

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise network/security engineering; 2+ years deploying/operating Zscaler
• Deep expertise with ZIA and ZPA: architecture, policy config, connector deployment, troubleshooting
• SSL inspection, certificate distribution, bypass management, DLP, Zero Trust models
• Strong networking fundamentals: DNS, GRE/IPSec, routing, TLS, client connectivity
• Experience with Okta SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning, device posture, conditional access
• Endpoint management with Jamf and Microsoft Intune (Windows/macOS)
