• Turn GTM process requests into clear technical requirements
• Build integrations, event flows, automations for GTM Engine
• Decide to build, buy or configure with native first approach
• Ensure production readiness with tests, duplicates handling, retries
• Ship and support with version control, code review, safe deployment
• Collaborate with Salesforce, platform owners and data analyst to measure perf

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in software, systems or integration engineering
• Python, JavaScript or TypeScript + SQL; Git & code review
• Experience integrating with CRM/finance/marketing platforms; Salesforce helpful
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
• Rapidly learn unfamiliar systems; focus on production-ready solutions
• Plan for failure cases like unavailable APIs and duplicates
