Business Analyst – Data Sensitivity & VDI Migration

📋 Description

• Partner with business groups to inventory systems, tools, endpoints, and data usage patterns for
• Assess and classify data sensitivity across units, systems, and workflows to identify high security
• Analyze data and process flows to support risk assessments and migration planning.
• Identify critical systems and high-risk storage practices for migration to VDI or secure data
• Document current and future-state data storage and access models.
• Evaluate VDI options and other secure data approaches; recommend the best option per use case.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related.
• 5–7+ years as a Business Analyst with data governance, data classification/sensitivity, secure data
• Experience in complex, multi-platform environments analyzing systems usage and data flows across
• Familiarity with VDI concepts/platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop) or
• Strong skills in stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering; translate findings into
• Ability to develop use cases, cost-benefit analyses, business cases, and executive-ready docs.
