Site Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee negotiation process of clinical study agreements on assigned trials.
• Act as SME to sponsors and stakeholders in own country of assignment.
• Plan CSA execution strategy aligned with study start-up delivery and client expectations.
• Prepare CSA templates, payment terms, and country budgets with fallback positions and negotiation
• Lead CSA negotiations and drive finalization and execution per timelines.
• Negotiate with sites directly in countries of assignment.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in law, business, life sciences, or health-related field.
• Strong CRO operational experience in Site Contracts Management at local/regional/global level.
• Thorough knowledge of regulations, drug development, and clinical project management.
• Understanding of country requirements for Site Contracts in own country; ability to work across
• Mentoring ability and ability to mentor junior staff; strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Internet.
