- Lead and develop a team of market-based public affairs professionals, setting priorities, coaching
- Act as deputy to the VP of Public Affairs, representing the function internally, supporting key
- Manage relationships with external consultants, government relations firms, and other strategic

🎯 Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in public affairs, communications, community engagement, government
- Hands-on experience supporting the development of infrastructure projects and engaging communities
- Proven experience managing and developing teams, as well as overseeing external consultants and
- Experience working within a fast-moving company, startup, or similarly dynamic environment where
- Experience in data centers, energy, technology infrastructure, or other large-scale infrastructure
- Strong understanding of community engagement, stakeholder relations, political dynamics, and
