- Expertise: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
- Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts
- ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM experience
- Data migrations, promotions, Update Sets
- Strong problem solving and collaboration
