• Enable secure, scalable developer experience across Motorway
• Secure-by-default platform capabilities (IAM, network, secrets, encryption)
• Automate security checks and guardrails
• Embed secure practices into CI/CD pipelines and templates
• Reduce toil with automation and standard tooling
• Provide platform security telemetry, logging, and monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Platform/Developer Experience engineer or similar role
• Experience with Containers and serverless with IaC
• AWS cloud security best practices and tooling
• Security for networks, systems, web apps, APIs, databases
• Secure software development practices
• Familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, vulnerability scanners
