📋 Description

• Lead the lifecycle development of standardized Professional Services offerings.
• Bridge product strategy with field execution across PM, Engineering, and PS teams.
• Define, package, and launch high-value services to accelerate customer time-to-value.
• Partner with GTM, Sales, and Delivery to ensure viable, well-scoped service offerings.
• Drive continuous portfolio optimization based on feedback and market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in Service NPI, Services Productization, or Solution Engineering in global
• Proven ability to take enterprise technology services from concept to global field execution.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product Management, Product Engineering, and Field Services.
• Executive presence with experience presenting to VP-level leaders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT, data management, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity frameworks.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering/Business or related field; equivalent practical experience welcomed.
