• Design realistic Oil & Gas scenarios in Arabic or English grounded in GCC operational contexts
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for technical and operational problem-solving tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for technical accuracy, safety compliance, and operational
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Native Arabic (MSA) with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Oil & Gas or Energy (upstream, midstream, or downstream)
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering, HSE, Process
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in GCC
