Senior Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Onboard customers to Fastly Security Products.
• Architect, implement, and maintain secure Next-Gen WAF solutions across deployment models.
• Provide guidance on features, health checks, and performance tuning.
• Create and present training materials for customers and internal teams.
• Assist with pre-sales activities and PoC work.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Solutions/Engineering or similar customer-facing tech role.
• Experience delivering advanced web/security solutions for enterprise customers (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of web app security (OWASP Top 10, DDoS, rate limiting).
• Deep understanding of HTTP and TLS; familiarity with troubleshooting tools (curl, dig, tcpdump).
• Experience with project management: requirements, design, documentation, delivery.
• Desirable: Rust/Go/JavaScript development experience; security/cloud certifications; bilingual
