- Technical lead for process/equipment design on Strategic Capital Project
- Drive design decisions, specs, risk management for the project
- Ensure compliance with policies and cGMP requirements
- Plan and conduct high impact projects in Drug Product Manufacturing/Packaging
- Develop execution strategy incl. procurement, balance demands
- Support regulatory audits; prepare documentation packages
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors in Engineering/science or equivalent; 6+ years engineering/operational exp
- Strong technical knowledge; solves complex problems
- Ability to work with diverse groups; strong communication
- Healthcare/pharma/pharmaceutical/biologics background preferred
- Experience with financial systems and fiscal control
