Business Operations Associate, Program Management

📋 Description

• Own how PM operates day to day, including process, tooling, and reporting
• Lead cross-functional projects touching Risk, Compliance, Bank Operations, Legal, Sales, and
• Assist in launching new PM initiatives like bank partnerships, product constructs, or
• Develop PM reporting and metrics, turning ad hoc processes into documented, repeatable workflows
• Be the go-to person for PM operational questions across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in consulting, banking, fintech, or business operations
• Generalist who thrives with ambiguous, cross-functional work
• Experience building processes from scratch with stakeholder partnerships
• Strong analytics; able to create metrics and reporting from scratch
• Experience running cross-functional projects with internal teams and external parties
• Payments or fintech operations background a plus
