🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years estimating experience in construction.
• Experience with commercial/industrial mechanical systems.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and specs.
• Proficiency with estimating software, takeoff tools, MS Office.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with good communication.
• Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment.
