📋 Description
- Own roadmap and prioritization for Federations product area.
- Collaborate with design/engineering to ship experiences meeting protocol requirements.
- Work with customers, Solutions Eng, Support, Standards on platform needs.
- Use AI tools to accelerate spec writing, analysis, prototyping.
- Coordinate with global teams to launch federations experiences.
- Represent Federations in escalations and executive briefings.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in product management.
- Experience in identity, security, enterprise-scale, or developer products.
- Ability to discuss technically with engineering teams.
- Fluency in federation protocols: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML.
- Connect platform decisions to Okta’s business outcomes.
- Strong written/verbal communication; customer-centric mindset.
