Senior Staff Engineer, Autonomy Capabilities – Maritime (R5363)

📋 Description

• Lead autonomy capabilities for USVs/UUVs/UAVs within maritime portfolio.
• Develop multi-agent autonomy solutions across platforms and domains.
• Mentor engineers and decompose customer needs into designs.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in CS, EE, ME, AE or equivalent; 10+ years with BA, 9 with MS, or 7 with PhD.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python; RTOS familiarity.
• Robotics background: motion planning, behavior modeling, autonomous design.
• Experience with unmanned systems and algorithms; space domain preferred.
• Simulation tools (AFSIM, NGTS) for testing/validation.
• Strong problem solving, communication, teamwork; SECRET clearance ability.
