📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate AI agents in production (multi-agent architecture: pre-processing
• Ship fast with daily iterations driven by production bugs and tickets.
• Deploy and operate autonomously: CI/CD, sandbox/prod environments, deployment scripts
• Design agent evaluations: evals, LLM-as-judge, regression tests; measure before shipping.
• Build solid local test environments to reproduce issues before fixes.
• Integrate internal data to build relevant context accurately (context engineering) and collaborate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years shipping and running production systems with urgency.
• Whole-system thinker; challenge architecture decisions and weigh business impact.
• DevOps-fluent: end-to-end deployment, infra-as-code, debugging networks (VPN, proxies).
• Hands-on experience shipping agents to production (frameworks such as ADK, LangChain, or similar)
• AI daily work: building AI with Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent—not just agents.
• Fluent in French and English.
