📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations: quoting, invoicing, reconciliation, receivables tracking, and
• Review invoices/billing against order forms; resolve discrepancies with sales and customers.
• Handle inquiries on invoices, billing issues, and payment status; own collections process.
• Support revenue reporting; review SQL outputs for accuracy with accounting teams.
• Manage and optimize QuickBooks Online and Stripe; drive upgrades and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in accounting in U.S.-based companies; focus on AR and Revenue Operations.
• Experience managing revenue cycle from quote to cash.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe; ability to review SQL outputs.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving; capable of challenging discrepancies with
• Experience with process improvements, system upgrades, and automation in accounting/revenue ops.
• Familiarity with startup environments; adaptable to changing priorities.
