📋 Description

• Lead onboarding for new customers and AI-first production workflows.
• Drive adoption of AI across production operations to optimize workflows and service delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable, AI-enabled production processes.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and portfolio financial health.
• Direct resources and task allocation to meet customer commitments and targets.
• Produce regular reporting on production metrics and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years managing enterprise localization programs.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Languages, Translation, Linguistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with complex localization workflows for enterprise customers.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical, data-driven problem solving with root-cause analysis.
