📋 Description
- Own end-to-end delivery plans for power and cooling equipment across a regional portfolio of
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and suppliers to align delivery milestones with site
- Manage supplier performance, resolve delays, and develop recovery plans (expedite, partial
- Lead delivery reviews with OEMs/integrators and escalate risks to leadership with recommended
- Oversee transportation, storage, inspections, and documentation to ensure on-site readiness.
- Track metrics (on-time delivery, schedule drift, escalation cycle time) to drive improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- 8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, construction management, or related fields supporting
- Hands-on experience with critical power/cooling equipment (transformers, switchgear, UPS, chillers
- Strong cross-functional escalation management and communication skills.
- Understanding of construction schedules; experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is valuable.
- Analytical, data-management skills; ability to build trackers, dashboards, and delivery reports.
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent
🎁 Benefits
- Annual salary range: $320,000–$405,000 USD.
