🎯 Requirements

• Experience with back-end services using Flink, Kafka, or similar streaming platforms.
• Proficiency in Java; willingness to learn new languages/frameworks.
• Experience with distributed systems, concurrency, scaling in production.
• Comfortable in fast-paced Agile environments delivering production code.
• Collaborative, inclusive work style with code ownership.
• Proficiency in English.
