• As an Escalation Engineer on our FlashBlade team, you will serve as the premier technical authority

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across multi-vendor environments
• Experience with enterprise storage protocols (NFS, S3, SMB), networking (DNS, HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP)
• Ability to lead high-visibility escalations, manage multi-stakeholder communications, and translate
• Mentor and enable teams through training, documentation, and knowledge-base content.
• In-office collaboration with the Bangalore team and willingness to work from the Bangalore office
