Lab Computer Junior Leader

📋 Description

• Support lab R&D scientists by ensuring health, reliability, and lifecycle management of lab
• Coordinate daily support activities with service providers and analysts; monitor performance and
• Lead and guide analysts to ensure timely completion of deliverables and consistent service
• Partner with scientists and technology teams to align operations with regulatory and upgrade cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ experience; Master’s with 5 years; PhD with 0 years in information
• Experience in IT, lab operations tech, informatics, endpoint support, or service delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and coordinate with customers, technical teams, service providers, and
• Knowledge of customer focus, regulatory/quality expectations, and security controls in labs.
