📋 Description

• Plan, direct, and be accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect
• Train and coach associates to work safely while following standard work and processes
• Drive financial performance by achieving budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses
• Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse
• Develop action plans to improve performance and guide the management team while safeguarding

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in fast-paced environments with leading a workforce
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Conflict resolution and team development skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and lead improvements
