Technical Program Manager, Multimodal Data Collection

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of large-scale video, audio and multimodal data programmes
• Design collection operation across participants, activities, locations, hardware, field teams and
• Turn activity requirements into natural collection scenarios and participant protocols
• Translate technical specs into capture protocols covering video/audio quality, syncing, metadata
• Own programme economics: costing, collection yield, rejection/rework, hardware utilization and
• Run pilots and quality gates; resolve issues before scaling productions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning complex data collection/production programmes at scale (video/audio/multimodal)
• Experience onsite/field operations with participants, locations and equipment
• Hands-on video/audio capture knowledge: resolution, frame rate, audio quality, device
• Ability to translate specs into participant protocols and production workflows
• Commercial ownership: costing, forecasting and financial impact of rework
• Experience delivering at scale with client or senior stakeholder interaction
