Manager, Vehicle Fluids Product

📋 Description

• Lead the fluids product team for the vehicle system architecture.
• Guide design, analysis, manufacturing, validation, and flight readiness for fluid systems.
• Collaborate with Propulsion, Structures, GNC, and Avionics for system integration.
• Define stage-level architecture, requirements, and documentation for testing.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability to milestones.
• Mentor engineers and ensure fluid system meets requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 7+ years in aerospace or related vehicle programs
• Proven leadership of engineering teams on complex hardware projects
• Strong background in fluid systems, thermodynamics, and heat transfer
• Experience with fluid/thermal modeling tools and programming (Matlab, Python, C++)
• Direct experience designing or operating launch vehicle or spacecraft fluid systems
