Human Capital Data Engineering Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the Human Capital Data Engineering function and set strategic direction for HC data platforms.
• Own the multi-year roadmap and consolidated people data platform.
• Define target-state architecture for data models and pipelines.
• Partner with CHCO, Talent/Total Rewards, Learning, and HC Ops to align data initiatives.
• Oversee integration of internal and 3rd-party HC data sources with quality controls.
• Modernize legacy HC data environments with scalable, governed patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Information Systems; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in data engineering/architecture with leadership experience.
• Design and scale data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, analytics platforms; HC domain preferred.
• Lead enterprise data modernization: data warehouse transformation, cloud migration.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, cloud ecosystems, orchestration tools, and data warehouse/lakehouse.
• Integrate HC/enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) via APIs/iPaaS.
